Patient 1:
21 years old man came to my clinic with paraphimosis. Emergency circumcision done. 2 weeks later he failed medical test to apply work permit at Singapore. He was told of dirty blood. He denied everything but HIV test was positive. He is the only son in family, both parents are factory workers. Until now, he still refused to accept his condition.

Patient 2:
17 years old girl brought in by father complaining of abd pain and pain during passing urine. Physically, the abdomen was distended and facial puffiness also noted. I do USG and she was 7 months pregnant. She supposed to take SPM exam end of the year. The culprit? Indonesia man how had ran away.
One year later, the father brought her again with leg oedema. She was pregnant again. The culprit? Another Indonesian man. This time her father didn't say much. I was also speechless.

Patient 3:
38 years old lady working as factory worker. She had 5 children, 3 still schooling. Her husband had another wife and rarely stay home. He occasionally came to her house under alcohol influence demanding for money and sex. If she refused, she was beaten. One day, she came with red eyes. Her menses didn't came for 2 months. Her UPT was positive.
